Bank Owned Properties...?

Ok so my house didn't sell at the public autcion so now it's bank owned....who's going to let me know what to do?? or what should i do?? need help....thanks =] DOES THE BANK LET ME KNOW HOW MUCH TIME I HAVE TO VACATE THE HOME??

1. Best to error on the side of caution & start packing up & moving now. There will be a time frame in your papers as to when you are to vacate the premises. If you wait till the Sheriff's Eviction, you don't even get time to gather any belongings. You & everything you own are placed at the sidewalk, regardless of weather conditions, excuses, bad neighborhood with thieves, etc.
2. In your mortgage plus in all the foreclosure ads and court papers from when the bank bought the home at the auction, there will be a redemption period. You have that much time from the time that the bank bought the property to vacate. Redemption period is normally anywhere from 3 mos. to a year - so get out your mortgage papers and read them!
