Have you found the foreclosure site?

I have seen lots of people on this site asking for a site where they can find foreclosures. I just found out today where we can all find the foreclosures at for ALL foreclosures, government and private. I was wondering if this site will help anyone. 1. Thank you. I will try it and I will let you know what my opinion is of that site. (edit) I went to the site. The coverage is very poor. In the area where I know the market, most of the foreclosures that I know about are not on the site. The only foreclosure that it did turn up is an overpriced property that I already know about. In my opinion this site has potential, however they need to be able to get the majority of the foreclosure listings on this site if it is to have any value. Right now this site has no value to a serious investor. However this site does have the potential to be of value if they can get better coverage of the foreclosure listings that are out there.
2. I also found the site lacking serious current data. HUD Repos: http://www.hud.gov/homes/index.cfm Fannie Mae: http://www.fanniemae.com/ Freddy Mac: http://www.homesteps.com/ OCWEN (VA & other repos): http://www.ocwen.com/reo/home.cfm Majority of REO's are listed with real estate offices anymore, especially since there are so many of them. Banks just aren't prepared to deal with the onslaught of calls from buyers, making any repairs, etc.
