In Michigan at what point can property be seized due to child support arrears?

My soon to be ex-husband is already behind and has told me he has no intent on paying a dime...I have his motorcycle in the garage still and am tempted to call FOC and tell them to come get it. Due to his lack of support the house is in foreclosure since I have to use all of my money to meet my kids needs. If I didn't have to worry about the house I wouldn't even care, but its hurting me financially.

1. When the amount of the arrears equals to the value of the property and/or If the arrears is quite high and the person paying the arrears is not able to pay, then the state takes the prperty.. sells it and awards the recipient of the arrears the money due.
