Iam interested in buying and selling real estate.prefer foreclosures ,homes that may require a little rehab. I

i have a good paying job but i might need a little assistance with obtaining finances. Also i need to mention that I dont have the best credit inthe world, but i am sure it can easily be fixed. nothing vey major.
