How do I get a hold of a list of real estate for sale, farm near/foreclosures in the local area?

Must be a farm within 30 min of Edmonton/Nisku area...heading to the south east towards Camrose. Near or on the foreclosure list. Looking for permanent long term residence/home business. Must have solid house on property with outer buildings a plus.
