RealtyTrac foreclosure data?

Anybody know where the RealtyTrac guy gets his foreclosure data and how I might tap into it?

1. What I have seen quoted in their publication is that they get data from the various state governments. You could skip over their head and research the states looking for where the data would be in each state if you wanted. Realty Trac is not interested in data on a specific home, they are just looking for numbers.
