I got a demand for possession letter from my banks lawyer.?

I also talked to the public trustees office and they said that the banks lawyer hasnt reqwested a confirmation of deed. Can they send me a demand for possession letter even though the deed is still in my name in denver,co? The bank bought the house from me at a foreclosure auction on jan 14 without letting me know they had set a auction date for jan 14. The banks lawyer told me there is a march 10 fed hearing date set. How can they do that when the house is still in my name. They have not reqwested a confirmation of deed. Should I also file a claim against the bank in small claims court in denver,co? Can someone let me know what I should do that knows what the colorado law is?
