Upcoming Foreclosures

Why does Nancy Pelosi think she can get away with Blaming Bush?

Dose she really think people are that stupid? More and more liberals are starting to except the truth about falsely blaming Bush .Statistics show she is one of if not the most guilty one of destroying the economy Every thing went down hill right after she came in Office 2006 and starting raising taxes. This just out>>Despite promises from the White House, the number of homes in foreclosure across the U.S. In 2009 climbed to 2.8 million, an increase of 21% over 2008 and a staggering 120% jump since 2007. According to Irvine (Calif.)-based foreclosure-tracking company RealtyTrac, 2.21% of all U.S. Housing units—one in 45—received at least one foreclosure filing last year. In RealtyTrac's yearend report of total foreclosures in 2009, the states that were hardest-hit by foreclosures continued to be Nevada, Arizona, Florida, California, and Utah, accounting for 50% of the national total. Nevada had 112,097 foreclosures, or more than 10% of all housing units in the state. Vermont suffered least, with only 143 foreclosures. RealtyTrac CEO James J. Saccacio says that 2009 could have been a lot worse: "As bad as the 2009 numbers are, they probably would have been worse if not for legislative and industry-related delays in processing delinquent loans." He points out that foreclosures peaked in July but warns that for 2010, a "massive supply of delinquent loans continues to loom over the housing market." In other words, don’t expect foreclosures to become rare any time soon.

  1. So,,, if I punch you in your face today,,,it isnt my fault you need new teeth and wire in your jaw tomorrow?
  2. She is a progressive what did you expect. You know that income tax thing that chop's your paycheck in half... it was written and put in to law by a progressive named wodrow wilson who promised only rich people would get it. LMAO, I didn't know making 400 dollars a week and getting a hundred of it taken out made me rich
  3. Shes using the lefts oldest trick in the book, repeat something long enough and eventually the sheep will believe it. It's a diversionary tactic to help her stop thinking about the MA embarrassment.
  4. DOW Jones Average in Jan 2001, 9,898 points DOW Jones Average in Jan 2009, 7,623 points for a net loss of 2,270 points. National Debt in Jan 2001, $5.6 trillion National Debt in Jan 2009, $12.3 trillion for a net gain of $ 6.7 trillion dollars 'nuff said.
  5. She is copying off of her Messiah, Obama. It's time for Obama to "Man Up".
  6. You make several inaccurate statements. For one thing, I don't believe you that "more liberals are starting to except (sic) the truth about falsely blaming Bush." This liberal believes that Bush has not yet received all of the blame that is due him and his neocon cabal because most people don't fully realize how close we came to total and utter collapse. Next, you provide statistics about housing foreclosures and blame Pelosi for them, but you provide no evidence that she is actually responsible other than noting that they started to happen after she came into office. This is a grossly simplistic viewpoint that ignores numerous factors that caused the housing collapse, not the least of which were banking deregulation policies pursued since the Reagan administration, overly-optimistic housing policy on the part of the Clinton administration and a gross lack of oversight on the part of the Bush administration on whose watch, I will remind you now, this meltdown occurred. So indeed, if Pelosi is blaming Bush for the economic straits we are in, it is blame justly placed and in fact, if she was not blaming Bush she should be taken to task.
  7. Just the typical Washington shell game she's playing using Obama as her front man. Divert attention else where while she and her cronies in congress are robbing the till. Same they [congress] did when Bush was in office. Same with Bill Clinton when he was in office Same with Bush #1 Same with Regan Same with Jimmy Carter. Same with Nixon Same as Johnson Same as Kennedy. And the list goes on and on:
  8. Isn't it sad how she and the Congress, along with Odrama, still turn to the past and point fingers in accusation and blame. Why don't they spend their time looking forward and commiting to constructive ideas? They've had a year to just start correcting what they feel like they've inherited from President Bush, and haven't done a thing about it but whine about it.
