Upcoming Foreclosures

Which is the wisest house to buy & sell and profit from: PRE-FORECLOSURE HOUSE, FORECLOSED OR HUD ?

The question is pretty much it. I am looking into starting up an investment with these. Please advise me. THANK YOU TO ALL.

1. I do this for a living. I've always made the most money on pre-foreclosures and the answer why should be obvious: no competition. When you're the only one, you're getting it at the minimum price. When it goes to auction, and they're significant equity, it gets bid up. HUDs are ok for small to medium returns.
