How can I find out what bank holds ownership of a foreclosed home?

I am interested in house listed as a foreclosure bank owned, but need to know how much money is needed to acquire it. I don't know what bank to contact. How can I find out, or can I?

1. The local realtor has the listing. You cannot deal with a mortgage lender directly. If you go to the County Office of Deeds and records, look up the address and the mortgage lender is listed.
