How do I about aquiring information on Bank owned properties that need rehabing.?

1. Get a Realtor.
2. Bank owned properties that are for sale are listed with local agents. Any local Realtor can give you a list and show them to you.
3. Look in your local newspaper there will be listed Bank Owned Properties for sale. Call the listing agent and inquire of the properties they have for sale by the various banks. This real estate listing agent can then give you a list or allow you to come into his/her office and go over what they have available.
