Is RealtyTrac.com worth it?

...Or is it a waste of money? I heard that most of it's foreclosure listings are outdated. I plan on signing up for the free trial, but I am curious what other's experiences are with this site. If it is not worth the money, can anyone recommend another site for finding foreclosures?

1. Sign up for the free trial and then don't waste your money. It's not that the listings are out of date, it's that so many of the listings are pre-foreclosure and won't actually be available for a year or so. It's a waste of time and effort to look through them. Find foreclosures with a realtor, most of them deal with foreclosures and can steer you to deals in your area. Or look up Hud and Va owned homes online.
2. As a Realtor I feel it is a waste of money. I can find foreclosures in the MLS or read the public notices in the paper or at their online web site for free.
