Anyone have experience in buying a foreclosure through RealtyTrac ??

1. I have seen them as well and in my opinion it is too good to be true. It just doesnt seem right
2. never buy RE without having a RE agent who can face you. and who rep's ONLY you, never ever the seller!
3. no, they are the ones who actually tend to fix prices since they represent both the seller as well as the buyer, they don't have your or the sellers interest in hand. only thing they care about is commissions, and it is too good to be true. i would suggest you try to take at look at govt tax sales. there are some good deals to be found there.
