Where can I find a list of bank owned properties? With out having to pay any kind of fee? Without using a Real Estate agent?

- MLS if you gain access or realtracs.com or go to the court house and search yourself
- Nothing is free except working with a knowledgeable Realtor in the are you want to buy. Lenders only work with Realtors, they do not have the staff to deal with the public. Realtors today have gotten a real education when it comes to these properties, education and knowledge about these properties, that might keep you from making a costly mistake in buying. Realtors have the inside knowledge that you can't get off a website. And again their services is FREE, and they do the legwork, they are already educated and know the market, what do you think you will save by going it alone?
- Bank owned properties are usually listed by REO (Real Estate Owned) Agents. These REO agents will list the properties in their respective MLS board. I have no idea where you live so I cannot help you with that. However, you can contact the bank and browse through their listings that they own. You can go here: http://actioninvestornetwork.blogspot.com/2008/01/reo-homes.html and it will list some banks that you can contact. Also, you can go to Action Investor Network http://www.ActionInvestorNetwork.com and browse through some Wholesale Real Estate properties and soon http://www.ForeclosureHomeInvestors.com for foreclosure listings. Good Luck!
