Most tax sales are held once per year for most counties. But, there is a video about tax liens there. Good luck
2. Government tax foreclosures are quite often listed in any Sunday's major news papers. There are also listings of government houses selling for tax non payment that you can buy at book stores. Once you get the newspaper, they will mail it to you for free. They are usuallyt sold at open auction, but once you win the auction, the seller still has 12 months to reclaim the house.
