Where do they list foreclosures at in Washington State?

I am planning on buying a house and fixing it up, and thought forclosures would be a good way to find a bargain. Can anyone tell me how to go about getting information on forclosures?

2. You can locate foreclosed properties right on Yahoo: http://realestate.yahoo.com/Foreclosures However, you may be better off working with a real estate agent. Buying a foreclosure is no different from buying regular properties. You still need to think about neighborhoods, schools, construction in the area, etc. The banks and others who are selling off foreclosed properties will pay the agent's commission (just as the seller of a regular house pays the agent), so you can get their advice without having to pay out of your pocket.
