- I think Title Companies are perhaps your best bet. They are at the end of the process when the new owners actually obtain the property. Maybe stop in and drop off information for them to give to their customers. Good luck to you!!!
- The lenders don't deal with their foreclosures, the Realtors take care of getting the properties market ready. The vast majority of brokerages have a weekly meeting. Call and ask if you can be scheduled to make a brief presentation about your business. Have a flyer with services and rates, plus a stack of business cards to hand out. Talk a bit about what services you offer, for instance, do you do demolition of delapidated sheds, trash outs, or just what you are available to do. I realize that some jobs will have to be quoted, but some services are fairly standard, so have some rates available. I have a landscape contractor that does all sorts of services outside the scope of landscaping. Installs smoke detectors. Even woodstove removal. He is #1 in my call list because of his versatility. In our business, it is nice to have a "one-stop shop" for all things not requiring a licensed contractor.
- See who your local REO agents are and e-mail them why they should use you. Also do a search for asset management companies and solicit to them.
