what will banks do with existing foreclosures?

i have a offer pending with a bank for a bank owned foreclosure. Didnt know if they might reject my offer and wait for a bail out.

1. I don't think the "bail out" will rescue the banks from all the crisis that is going on. It will lessen the problem and depending on the banks needs for money, I think your offer will go through. peace and good luck
