Where can I search online for foreclosures in Michigan?
I don't want to join any sites to see results. I thought I heard about foreclosures on Michigan.gov, but I am having difficulties finding the answers I need. Can anyone help?

- http://www.hud.gov http://www.indymacbank.com Realtytrac also offers a pretty good site that is only $9.95 per month.
- Check and see if your county (or counties where you are looking) have a web site. Do they have online court records? If so you may be able to search for "mortgage foreclosures" in the court records. And if they have property records on line you may be able to get all the information you need about owner, lender, and how much they borrowed. Hers is an example from Montgomery County Ohio that gives you all of this on line: http://www.clerk.co.montgomery.oh.us/pro/action_search_action.cfm
- Give Frank a call at 919-373-4120. He can help he as he has been in this business for 30 years. You can go to http://www.realestatefundingnetwork.com as well
- Here you go! "bankhomesdirect.com" it is totally free and it covers all the USA. you will have to sign up, but no cost, and free to use and no expiration. You can search by state, city, zip code etc. I use it and they have never sent me junk mail, email etc. Hope this helps
