Complicated Real Estate foreclosure question: My bf filed chapter 7 bankruptcy and abandoned his house.?

The house is not on a foreclosure list. The bank keep calling asking him what he intends to do with the property. The property is not in arrears of taxes and not on the sheriff foreclosure list. What should he do?

1. Wow, only in the country a few years and not even a citizen and he files chapter 7 and abandoned his house. GOD BLESS AMERICA
2. If he intends on keeping the house, she should tell them he is affirming the debt in the bankruptcy court.
3. He should pay his bills like everyone else has to. You dont think hes gonna be able to keep it and not pay do you?
4. Banks can't do that much when bankruptcy is filed. It becomes a long legal mess for them. They eventually will file foreclosure and get possession of the house. His finances will be an absolute wreck for years but he can just walk for now and be done with it. http://www.sellhouseamerica.com
