I am looking to purchase a specific bank owned property...?

is there an advantage to using the realtor selling the property or does it not matter which realtor I use? Also, any information on bank owned properties would be great. Thank you!

1. Always try to use your own REALTOR®. They will look after your own interest. The sellers agent looks after the seller. And true negotiations really cannot do done well under duel agency. This is when the broker has both the buyer and the seller.
