I have a Great Plan to help eliminate bank owned forclosed properties and save them money How do I sell it?

This plan would help the borrowers and the Banks or Mortgage companies. It is pretty simple and the money it would save is incredible. I figure this idea may help so many mortgage loan companies it will be used from now on. It will aslo help those who are about to lose their homes. How do I get this plan in the works, how does one sell such a great plan? It can stop foreclosures and make both sides work. NOT A LOAN PROGRAM! or DEBT CONSOLIDATION!
