2. Read your local newspaper's court section it shows what mortgage companies have filed foreclosure on who and what properties. Can find most of these on the net
3. If you are serious about going after forclosures you should check out www.redloc.com. It is a subscription site, but has the most up to date information on foreclosed homes. They track all of the NOD's (notice of default), trustee sales, etc. and are very timely. Happy hunting!
