Where can I search for foreclosure properties in my area without paying a fee. from a bank or HUD, etc?

1. If you live in a small town area you can get the Local new paper and foreclosures will be posted. Check with the local Courthouse to see where most are published. If your in a bigger city check with that courthouse where most are published. In our little county we have 2 main papers. 1 will publish if its on one side of the county and the other for others. Once you locate where to find these and maybe the bigger counties have websites for foreclosure's. Once you find these places its very cheap to find foreclosures or to keep up with them. Buying Foreclosures you should be wary as there are usually many problems and the title should be check to see what all is going on before trying to purchase a foreclosure.
2. Most major lenders have a REO link on their web site which will let you access the Real Estate Owned by the bank and you can search by state. Leo Namiot http://www.LeoLends.com
