How can I find out who owns real estate property.?

I need to know who own's the Real Estate property located at 12212 Corlett Ave. Cleveland, Ohio 44105

7. The county assessor office is correct! Some are on-line now, which you can simply enter the address and the pin id for the address will appear. I would then use the pin id with the county treasurer office, which is also on-line, to locate tax and owner information. Maybe different in your state, but I just search for a property I'm currently purchasing this way. Hope that helps.
