Help me find out how Realtors get their list of forclosures. I already have The hud site and various outdated?
I already have The hud site and various outdated sites. I am only looking for a site that Real Estate agents use. Most of the Lawyer sites i have found with foreclosures may have liens on the homes and have to be researched. Only realtors have already done title work. please help me if you can. Thank you

- Realtors get their foreclosure list direct from the banks that contract them to sell the foreclosures that have turned into REO. By the time the Realtors get their list they are not longer considered foreclosures they are then REO from the banks that did not get sufficient funds at the sales bid. The term foreclosure is a misnomer at this point. The foreclosure is now over. I hope that this has been of some use to you, good luck. "FIGHT ON"
- It is my understanding that the Realtors get their list from the lenders themselves or the lender's attorneys. The lenders know that a certain percentage of properties will go into default. They already have a real estate broker that they (or their attys) automatically send their homes to when they go into default. Realtors may even receive a list of properties before they hit the public records. You need to befriend these Realtors and maybe they will share this information with you. Century 21 seems to be a preferred agency in my area.
